Bill Butler

Bill Butler joined the SUVCW in 1998 as a founding member of the Major General James H. Wilson Camp #1 in Montgomery, Alabama. He served in the following positions for the Wilson Camp: Secretary/Treasurer, 1998, 2005-2008; Camp Council Member 2000, 2009. Bill also served in the following positions for the SUVCW's Department of Tennessee: Secretary/Treasurer, 2006; Department Senior Vice Commander, 2007-2008. Bill transferred to the James D. Brady Camp in 2014. He has since served in the following positions for the Brady Camp: Patriotic Instructor, 2015-2017; Camp Commander, 2018-2019; Camp Historian, 2019 to present; and Senior Vice Commander.
